The European SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation), establishes harmonized rules for financial market players and financial advisers relating to transparency with regard to the integration of sustainability risks and the taking into account of the consequences. sustainability issues in their processes as well as the provision of sustainability information in relation to financial products.
Since May 25, 2018, the European General Regulation for the “Protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data”, known as the “General Regulation” and often referred to as the French acronym "RGPD" or English "GDPR".
As of January 1, 2018, the European regulation on the Key Information Document for Packaged Retail and Insurance-Based Investment Products applies to all life insurance and capitalization contracts with a term or a cash value.

Its objective is to improve the information of anyone wishing to invest in these contracts and to enable them to compare their main characteristics using the essential information contained in a single and standardized document, the Key Information Document (KID).
